Following a talk on eco-refurbishment in nearby Stirling, Chris was approached to work with the Clients to practice what he was preaching on their beautiful Edwardian semi-detached property in Stirling.

The main task was to return the house to its former glory as a single home from its current fate as two flats gracelessly knocked together. Original features were maintained while the building was comprehensively upgraded to be energy efficient, comfortable and healthy.

The entrace hall was restored and a ground floor bathroom and Dining Room knocked through to form a spacious new Kitchen / Diner while the existing extension was completely overhauled to better fit the needs of a modern family.

No changes were made to the street frontage. Work was completed in April 2014.
