The new community centre at Ludesch, in Voralberg in Austria is one of the most beautiful and technically impressive buildings I’ve ever had the pleasure to visit. A certified passivhaus made of massive timber and with impeccable detailing and a significant emphasis on healthy construction, it and several other buildings we visited helped remind me as a Designer of the potential of good Architecture, and how great the need to keep pushing forward in our own practice.
